Most of our products have unique serial numbers. We use these numbers to track products throughout their lifecycle. They help us identify the root causes of potential issues and protect both us and our customers against counterfeit or knockoff products.
Here's a quick guide on how to find your product serial number.
Note: If you're trying to register a product that doesn't have a serial number, it's not required to activate your lifetime warranty. However, we require the number if you DO have a serialized product.
If your product is not listed below, it is not serialized. Shell, POV Kit, Bino Kit, Standard Plate, Dual Plate, and other accessories and replacement parts don't have serial numbers.

Everyday Bag Serial Numbers
Everyday Backpack: Serial # tag located inside the top left internal pocket in the left access panel.
Everyday Sling: Serial # tag located inside the external zip pocket. Check left and right sides of pocket.
Everyday Tote & Totepack: Serial # tag located inside tablet sleeve on the inside of the bag. Check left and right sides of the pocket.
Everyday Messenger: Serial # tag located inside the internal stretchy pockets on the side of the bag.
Everyday Bag V1 Serial Numbers
Everyday Backpack: Serial # tag located inside the top left internal pocket in the left access panel.
Everyday Messenger: Serial # tag located inside the zip pocket beneath the main opening flap.
Everyday Sling: Serial # tag located inside the external zip pocket. Check left and right sides of pocket.
Everyday Tote: Serial # tag located inside external stash pocket on the front side of the bag. Check left and right sides of pocket.
Field Pouch: Check 2 places for the Serial # tag: First, check the corners inside the internal zip pocket. If not there, hold the pouch open with the inside of the flap facing you, and check inside the left rear internal pocket.
Range Pouch: Serial # tag located behind the internal felt divider on the opposite side of the closure flap.
Travel Bag & Packing Tool Serial Numbers
Travel Backpack: Serial # tag located inside stretch pockets within the silicone mesh pocket at the top of the front access panel.
Travel Duffelpack: Place the bag with the main zip facing up. Locate the luggage tag pocket. On the opposite side of the bag, open the side zip pocket. Serial # tag is located in the right corner.
Travel Duffel: Locate the "peak design" tag sewn above one of the side zip pockets. On the opposite side of the bag, open the larger U-shaped side zip pocket. Serial # tag located in the right corner.
Tech Pouch: Serial # tag located inside the outer zipper pocket. Check left and right corners of pocket.
Wash Pouch: Serial # tag located inside one of the stretch pockets within the center zip pocket.
Shoe Pouch: Serial # tag located inside the stuff sack.
Camera Cubes: Place cube with lid hinge opposite you. Serial # tag is located in the left or right interior corner on the side of the cube closest to you.
Packing Cubes: Serial # tag located inside the smaller dirty clothes zippered compartment.
Rain Fly: Serial # tag located inside the stuff sack.
Clip + Strap Serial Numbers
Capture: Serial # etched on the inside of the front (chassis) of the clip. V3 and V2 Capture units are serialized. V1 units are not.
Slide, Slide Lite, Leash, Cuff: Serial # is printed on the back of the glass-reinforced nylon Anchor housings.
Clutch: Serial # is printed on the anodized aluminum adjustment clip. In some cases, Clutch has no serial number, and in some cases the serial number is printed on the Anchor housing like our other straps.
Lens Kit: Serial number is on the silver ring on one side of the lens holder. In some cases Lens Kit has no serial number. (note that older stock may not have this and can be registered without the serial #)
Tripod + Tripod Accessory Serial Numbers
Travel Tripod: Serial # is printed on the hub beneath the leg with the PD logo on it.
Ultralight Conversion Kit: Serial # is located on the top of one of the feet.
Spike Feet: Serial # is located on the top surface of one of the feet.
Universal Head Adaptor: Serial # is located on the underside of the adaptor head.
Mobile Phone Cases & Accessory Serial Numbers
Everyday Case & Loop Case: Serial # is located on the inside of the case on the bottom notch. 
Universal Adapter & Wall Mount: Serial # is located on the back in the notch of the adhesive pad (**NOTE: cannot be seen once mounted**)
Out Front Bike Mount: Serial # is located on the backside of the widget.
Motorcycle Bar Mount: Serial # is located inside of the collar.
Motorcycle Stem Mount: Serial # is located under the base
Universal Bar Mount: Serial # is located on the underside of the elastomer hook
Creator Kit: Serial # is located on the side of the arm
Mobile Tripod: Serial # is located underneath the tool
Car Mount (Charging & Non-Charging): Serial # is located on the top back of the mount
Kickstand Wallet: Serial # is on the back panel- must pull down the fabric to find serial # sticker
Slim Wallet: Slim wallet has no printed Serial # on the product. Customer must locate Serial # on the included QR registration card
Wireless Charging Stand: Serial # is on the bottom of the unit
