NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
We factor in a 5-hour window from the time when the order is placed to when it drops to our fulfillment center for processing, just in case you need to change something. It's a special time in the life of an order that we call 'The Great In-Between'. Welcome.
If you'd like to modify your shipping info or the contents of your order, the best way to do it is to cancel the order and place a new order. please log in to your account to see if this is available for your order. Refunds generally take 2-3 business days to appear back on your credit card.
If a CHANGE ORDER button seen below is present, you can click that to continue the automated cancelation process.
If the order is already PROCESSING, unfortunately, we are no longer able to cancel or make any changes to the order as it processing for shipment with our fulfillment center partners.
Our customer service team can also modify orders for you, as long as your request falls within our Email Customer Service hours, Mon-Fri 9 am - 6 pm PST (so we can be sure to get it done during the five-hour window of The Great In-Between). If you'd like us to modify the order for you, email us at email@example.com* and be sure to include your order number for faster processing.
*When you send in an email with your requested changes, we do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately, we are no longer able to make changes once the order is processing at our fulfillment centers and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they have shipped.
Peak Design is no longer allowing complete address changes after the order is placed. If you need to change your address please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and refund you so you can place an order with the correct address.
