Returning your item(s)

Did you purchase a product from our website that you'd like to return? Provided that you're within the conditions of our 30 day return policy, please follow the instructions to below to obtain the necessary return documentation (RMA) for your order.

**Note: Please do not ship any product without prior approval and proper return labels. Failure to do so may result in a delay/forfeiture of your refund.

>> If you do not see your order under your account or are not able to login to your account, you likely placed the order as a guest and/or do not have an account with us. If so, please continue to option 2 below to complete your return as a guest

1. Registered Customers:

  1. To initiate a return, login to your account by click on the top right, Login button.
  2. Select “My Returns” from the dashboard menu
  3. Create a new return by clicking on “Request a new return”
  4. Select the order you’re requesting for return


  5. Select applicable products



  6. Indicate quantity, reason, condition and resolution.
    (If the item is defective please indicate it within additional information and attach any photos.)

  7. Typically we take 1-3 business days to respond to return requests. If you do not hear from us or do not receive instructions for return contact us.

  8. You may check the status of your RMA from your account and/or the e-mail confirmation.



  9. Once approved follow the instructions provided to ensure proper delivery, any questions contact us.

2. Non-registered Customer (Guest):

Didn't create an account with us? No problem. Use the following link to initiate your return.

  1. Enter your order number and e-mail/last name associated with your order

  2. Select the applicable products
  3. Indicate quantity, reason, condition and resolution.
  4. (If the item is defective please indicate it within additional information and attach any photos.)
  5. Typically we take 1-3 business days to process returns. If you do not hear from us or do not receive instructions for return contact us.
  6. You may check the status of your RMA from your account and/or the e-mail confirmation.
  7. Once approved follow the instructions provided to ensure proper delivery, any questions contact us.
