Community Rules & Terms

The Peak Design Community (currently in Beta form) is a place where people who use Peak Design gear can help each other, teach each other and collectively share feedback with the Peak Design Team. The rules are pretty darn simple:

1. Be nice.

If you want to be a troll, there are millions of YouTube comment threads awaiting you. The Peak Design Community is a place where people help and encourage each other and provide constructive feedback. If the Internet were the Greek system at a large American university, The Peak Design Community would be a non-hazing unisex academic fraternity. We can still have bitchin' parties, but please be respectful to everybody, or we'll have to ask you to leave.

2. Don't post junk.

Please keep your posts relevant to the topic or forum that you're posting in. Don't post advertisements, polls, random links or junk. We highly encourage you to share pictures, advice, experiences and ideas, but please don't plagiarize.

3. If you share ideas, we might act on them!

This is a place where we can learn from you, and it's quite possible that ideas for new or improved products will be born right here in the Community. But just keep in mind that when you share your ideas and content, you're implicitly giving us the green light to use them. For the specific legal mumbo-jumbo relating to this, scroll down.

4. For immediate customer service, submit a Help Ticket.

If you need immediate help with ordering, shipping, returning or warranty stuff, please submit a Help Ticket. We kindly ask that you do not use the Peak Design Community for those types of issues. You'll get much faster help when you contact us directly.

Legal Stuff

The Peak Design Community is a place on our website where people can openly share thoughts and ideas, and because of that we need to share with you a set of legal policies pertaining to it.
