If you're not happy with your Peak Design product, just send it on back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date (except apparel and Sunski sunglasses. Those are yours forever).
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
We use Happy Returns to facilitate domestic returns, which makes returning a product super painless and easy. Your return credit will be initiated as soon as the carrier scans the return label on the package. It can take up to 2 - 3 business days for the bank to process the credit back to the original payment method.
If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange, or as store credit to be redeemed at any point in the future.
Domestic Returns incur a flat $8 shipping fee per product. There is no shipping fee for exchanges or store credits.
Currently we only offer refunds on international returns (no exchanges or store credit).
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for international shipment returns.
