Product Return Policy

 

If you purchased a product from our website (www.peakdesign.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase. Please reference the process & options below before submitting your return request. 

 

Domestic/US Customers: 

Store Credit: We will provide a pre paid label to return the item(s). Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse, we will send you store credit in the form of a promo code for the amount paid for each item returned which can be used on our website at any point in the future. Store Credit is only available for Domestic/US returns.

Refund: We will provide shipping instructions for where to send the returned item(s) and once delivered, we will provide a full refund onto the original payment method used for the items returned. We do not provide pre paid labels for refunds, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

International Customers: 

Refund: We will provide shipping instructions to send the returned item(s) back to the local warehouse they were shipped from. Once delivered, we will provide a full refund onto the original payment method used for the items returned. We are not able provide pre paid labels for international customers, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Store Credit is not available for international returns.

Once we receive your item(s) we will return your money or provide a store credit, no questions asked. Please note that it can take 1-2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.
